Rotary Dryers are used to remove moisture from material using hot gases to heat the feed material and to evaporate the water.Rotary dryer is also named rotary drum dryer. It mainly for dealing with material in large quantities. It is suitable for drying wide range of materials continuously because of its ability to process material having considerable variation in size and composition.The Rotary dryer makes it possible to dry materials that in the past were too expensive to dry in traditional drum or kiln dryer. It is very useful for drying materials. But during the working of it, some problem still existed. Today we want to take about the problem that how to solve the problem that waste fuel in the working of rotary dryer.

 1.sometimes because the equipment is poor of insulation properties, so we need to add a layer of insulating material to improve the working conditions of drying equipment, and make the fuel can use enough.

2.If the device design principles have problems, and influence the fuel use, we should require improvement by the factory.

3.If the furnace’s design or manufacture have problems, we can ask a more reasonable stove drawings from the factory to solve this problem, and ensure the fuel can fired sufficiently.
